We produce and assemble various types of balconies. These include, “juliette” balconies, “semi-round balcony”, balconies “on supports” or “hanging” balconies. All of our balconies possess different kinds of adornments and paint jobs. “Juliette” balconies are comprised only of railings. Their construction does not include platforms where an individual can stand, yet they are very elegant, giving to the facade of the building and completing the look.

Our other balconies can be painted any color, according to your likings. Regular painting includes: mechanic cleaning of the item from the deposits of rust and welding remnant, special solution based treatments, grounding in red, 12-hour drying and painting with the color chosen by our client. We use high quality industrial paints of US and Canadian brands. By customer request, we can powder coat the balconies, giving them one of the most economical, longest-lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes. Powder coating might add a bit to your costs but it well worth it.

Our other options involve producing aluminum platforms, covering them in zinc and making a wooden or a cement platform. In the case of a cement floor order, we use a particular type of light cement. “Semi-round” balconies have a metal base of average size, and fit 2-3 people. This type of balcony makes the building appear more elegant and gives it an antique look.

Our balconies on supports have metal or stone supports and wooden or stone comprised bases, depending on customer preference. These types of balconies are much more spacious and can be used for leisure, fitting a group of 4-8 people. You could even easily place a table with chairs for guests, BBQ, you name it, on this type of balcony. Hanging balconies tend to be more popular in newly constructed buildings; they are somewhat smaller in size, but also are very comfortable and can have different sorts of decorations, paints and finishing methods.
